Evenings featured a satisfying buffet dinner, which exceeded our expectations. Pro tip, request a room away from the highway for a quieter night's sleep. Staff were friendly and accommodating throughout.

We had an awesome group vacation! The indoor and outdoor pools were a blast after visiting a nearby arcade and shopping area. Breakfast was great. The free drinks in the evening made it even better. The staff was really friendly, and the rooms were clean and comfy.

The only downside was the icy path outside leading to the pool area, which was a bit dangerous for my friend who uses a cane.

We had a fun time! The breakfast was awesome, with tons of hot options, and the orange juice was the best I've tasted. Staff was friendly for the most part, but check-in could've been smoother. Room was clean and comfy, but found some hair on the towels. Overall solid stay but a few hiccups.

Additionally, the pool area was clean with plenty of towels available, creating a pleasant environment for a swim.

Check-in was less organized than expected, leading to a longer wait.

Our stay was a nightmare! The noise from families with screaming children was unbearable, especially since they placed us right next to the elevator on the 4th floor. We couldn't enjoy the pool or hot tub at all due to the overwhelming crowd. Not to mention, the TV in our room was disconnected from any streaming options, leaving us stuck with nothing to watch. I expected much more from this hotel and felt completely disappointed.

A delightful surprise at dinner

The staff made sure we felt welcome, and the Kickback dinner was a delicious surprise, especially the pork sliders! Our room was spacious and inviting.

The late-night check-in experience was unfortunate as we waited outside, which made the arrival a bit stressful. More assistance during busy hours would be beneficial.
