Loved the staff, decor in lobby and of course the kickback and warm breakfast!
You could really hear your neighbors. You could hear them showering. You could hear flushing toilets through bathroom wall. You could hear heavy footed walkers and a lot of doors shutting. Walls are way to thin!

Breakfast and room, privacy
Got charged double for the room until after I checked out because of an authorization transaction or something like that. As a young adult this left me with a small amount of money to spend on the trip. Although I know I wasn't being charged double it was still frustrating that $404 more dollars than expected was temporarily taken out of my account.

We required a refrigerator for some foods for one of our party. Upon check in we found our refrigerator was not cooling. So at 7:30 pm who shows up at our door, but the General Manager, in a suit, carrying a new refrigerator that got down to 37 degrees. That's service! When did anyone ever see a GM present in a hotel at 7:30 pm, much less replacing a refrigerator! The breakfasts and dinners were great for the 3 days we stayed while our home was having new hardwood flooring installed. Every single staff member was outstanding.

We absolutely loved the free drink card and buffets of food for no addition fee
we did not like the appearance of the pool and hot tub. Very cloudy and filmy. We really did not like the stains on our comforter

I like the breakfast, 530 supper and free drinks. The usage of free internet.
Your middle elevator (lst floor) by the pool stunk really bad. You need to tear out the carpet and install with tiles. I think it is from ppl getting into the elevator after swimming and the spa. thank you.

STRENGTHS: Convenient location. Pleasant staff. Comfortable, well-appointed rooms. Great breakfast buffet.
CHALLENGES: Air conditioner sound level required some tolerance. Addition of shading for windows in the lobby seating area... Blinding light during breakfast is no bueno.

Convenience to highways. Cleanliness was very much appreciated even with a full house.
Could use another elevator or faster elevators. Spent a lot of time waiting. Breakfast area seemed crowded when many people were leaving. A tour group all trying to eat at the same time.

Our first room smelled of smoke even though it's a smoke free hotel. Reported to desk and was promptly moved to an upgraded room.
The window type air conditioners make a loud fan noise on and off all night long and kept me awake.
